Accessibility Statement
Planet Cranberry™ wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our commitment
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort as pages and content change, not a one-time project.
What we are doing
We aim to provide sufficient color contrast, text that resizes without loss of content, keyboard-operable navigation and controls, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, clear headings and labels, and captions or transcripts for video and audio as they are produced.
How we test
We combine automated checks (browser accessibility audits and scanning tools) with manual testing: keyboard-only navigation of every page and form, and screen reader spot checks. Automated tools alone catch only part of what matters, so human testing is part of the process. We keep dated records of the checks we run so our statements reflect real testing rather than an assumption of conformance. We do not claim to be "ADA certified" — no such certification exists — and we do not claim perfect conformance.
Known limitations
Some older media may not yet have captions or transcripts. Recipe and background videos are silent by default and include visible play, pause and sound controls. We are reviewing remaining items and will address them as part of our ongoing work.
Reporting an accessibility issue
Email hello@planetcranberry.com with the subject "Accessibility". Please include the page address, a description of the barrier, and the assistive technology, browser and device you were using if you know them.
How we respond
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days, describe our planned remedy or a timeline, and offer the requested information in an alternative accessible format while the issue is being fixed.
